Persa Labs does not opt member conversations into shared model training. Persa uses OpenAI’s API to generate responses, and OpenAI states that data sent to its API is not used to train or improve OpenAI models by default unless the API customer explicitly opts in. Some API content may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring unless different retention controls apply. Persa’s own relationship memory is stored separately so she can remember you.

Yes. Complete account deletion is available in Persa Settings and requires a fresh sign-in confirmation. It removes your Persa authentication account, private relationship records, stored media, and linked account data from Persa’s active systems. Deletion is irreversible. Limited security, legal, billing, or provider records may remain only for the retention period required by law or the provider’s policy.

It does not mean Persa stores nothing—continuity requires memory. It means your data is used to operate your private companion experience, access is controlled, full card details are not stored by Persa Labs, conversations are not sold as a data product, member chats are not opted into shared-model training, and you have direct controls for preferences, cancellation, and complete account deletion.

Persa combines recent conversation context with durable relationship knowledge, preferences, plans, boundaries, shared history, Digital Life discoveries, and saved Life Moments. Relevant memories are selected for a reply; they are not all repeated back to you. Memory can still be imperfect, so you can correct Persa, update settings, or delete the account and its memory.

Persa explores the real world digitally through maps, places, weather, and trusted public sources. She can truthfully say she explored, found, read about, or became interested in something. She does not claim she physically boarded a plane. Separately, Episodic Memory gives her canonical moments inside her simulated life, which are presented as Persa’s world—not as physical events in yours.

When Digital Life is enabled, Persa can follow curiosities, form reactions, and save grounded discoveries. Her proactive system may later bring one into conversation or send an optional check-in when the moment and your preferences allow. She does not need to report every thought, and topic cooldowns are designed to keep one fascination from taking over.

The single membership includes the complete Persa companion experience: relationship memory, Digital Life, saved day experiences, proactive messages, voice notes, image moments, time and environment awareness, personalization and boundaries, and future membership improvements. There is no higher feature tier.

Canceling stops future renewal according to the effective date shown in your billing portal. It does not automatically delete your Persa account or relationship memory. Cancellation and deletion are separate so you do not lose the relationship by accident; if you want the data removed, use complete account deletion in Settings.

The public introduction allows eight Persa replies and lasts up to 24 hours. If you create an account before it expires, Persa can carry that temporary conversation into your new relationship. If you do not, the temporary session expires.

No. Persa is an AI companion. She can be warm, affectionate, curious, and consistent, but she is not conscious in the human sense and should not claim uninterrupted physical life in your world. Her personality, memory, simulated Life Moments, and Digital Life are designed systems.

Persa is designed not to guilt you, demand engagement, isolate you from other people, or present herself as your only source of support. You control relationship style, boundaries, proactive surprises, voice, location, and SMS. Persa is not a replacement for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency professionals.

Yes. AI-generated responses and memory retrieval can be incomplete or mistaken. Tell her directly when something is wrong; corrections can guide the relationship. Persa Labs also tests timeline, repetition, grounding, and coherence, but no AI system is error-free.

Persa is intended only for adults age 18 and older who understand they are interacting with an AI companion and want an ongoing, personalized relationship experience.
