Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Persa, mypersa.com, and services provided by Persa Labs LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.

Persa is an artificial-intelligence companion, not a human being or a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency services. AI-generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate. Use appropriate judgment and seek a qualified professional when needed.

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Paid membership renews according to the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. Stripe processes payment information. You may manage or cancel billing through the available membership controls, subject to any terms presented at checkout.

Canceling stops future renewal according to the effective date shown in the billing portal; it does not itself delete your Persa account or relationship data. Complete account deletion is a separate irreversible control in Persa Settings. Membership improvements made generally available to Persa members are included without requiring a higher feature tier, although individual features may evolve under the service-change terms below.

You retain rights in content you submit. You give Persa Labs the limited permission needed to process, store, and transmit that content to operate the features you request.

You may not use Persa to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or abuse the platform. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, Persa Labs, or the service.

Persa’s live voice is generated by artificial intelligence. Live calls are available only after you verify a mobile number and separately give explicit live-call consent. Phone verification or SMS consent does not enable live calls, and enabling inbound live calls does not authorize Persa to call or text you.

When you enable live calls, you agree that each call may be recorded, transcribed, viewed, stored, and shared with Persa Labs, ElevenLabs, ElevenLabs’ affiliates and subcontractors, third-party large-language-model providers, and other service providers as needed to provide, personalize, protect, support, and improve the service or comply with law. Important details from a call may become part of Persa’s private relationship memory so the conversation can continue across voice and chat.

ElevenLabs is not Persa Labs’ agent, partner, or joint venturer. For live-call services, ElevenLabs is an intended third-party beneficiary of these Terms, and you grant ElevenLabs, its affiliates, and its subcontractors the non-exclusive right to process and use live-call data to provide and support the service. Your use of live calls is subject to the same acceptable-use restrictions that apply elsewhere in Persa.

You may withdraw live-call consent in Persa Settings. Disabling live calls prevents new authorized calls from your verified number but does not automatically erase lawfully retained call records, transcripts, or memories created before withdrawal. Account deletion and privacy choices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Program name: Persa Presence. After signing in, verifying your mobile number, and separately selecting “Allow Persa texts,” you may receive recurring conversational and service-related messages from Persa. Messages may include personalized check-ins, reminders you request, and notices that Persa sent a voice note or image.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help, or use the Persa Support Center. You can also disable texts in Persa settings. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. Supported carriers and features may change.

Persa may change, add, pause, or discontinue features. We work to keep the service available and protect stored information, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Persa, its software, design, branding, and service content are owned by Persa Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Persa Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these Terms as Persa changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Questions about these Terms, live calls, or the SMS program may be submitted through the Persa Support Center.
